Answer to Heat Engine Fault 1 

Answer is 1. The turbine/heat engine efficiency decreased (from 90% to 50% of theoretical maximum). This causes power output to be low and amount of heat going to condenser/radiator to increase.  This makes it difficult to avoid swamping condenser/radiator when trying to maintain high power output.
