Save Time and Money on Parts
When I taught at a technical institute, I spent lots of time and money restocking components so that students could perform the most elementary electronic circuit experiments. Students spent lots of time bread boarding simple circuits. I felt that some bread boarding exercises were worthwhile , but only a few were required. Inserting faults in circuits is also labor intensive. The virtual demonstrations and virtual troubleshooting on this site can eliminate this waste of money and time.
Below: 1-9 Circuit Animations are ohms law demonstrations. (10) Good Series Circuit being probed with Voltmeter. (11)Faulty Series Circuit (12) Series Circuit schematic . Note S1 is closed in animations 10 and 11. (13) Parallel Circuit with Fault. Determine which resistor is faulty by observing animation! (15 thru 22) show effect of Rs variations on Series Circuit. Schematic views of series circuit repeated for your convenience.
Read Pages 5- 42
You do not need to have a copy of class book at left to read page 5 - 42. Amazon provides for a free " Look Inside " reading of these pages. While you are at Amazon please buy something. Anything ! This will result in a small commission for me at no cost to you. All money goes to support this site. We are a no profit organization. I did not plan it that way, but for now it is.
LOOK INSIDE: The backbone of my electronics course are my simulations and animated virtual troubleshooting exercises. Most people just want to spend a few minutes testing their troubleshooting exercises and physics games. For those who are looking for a free real reading experience click banner ads and click LOOK INSIDE! It’s just like browsing in a book store. I select books that a relevant to topic you are viewing.
